Open Night
Dear Valued Patients and Friends,
What an incredible evening we had on February 13th at Four Peaks Dental! We threw open our doors to welcome the local community, our wonderful patients, and even a few visitors from Timaru, and we couldn’t be happier with how the night went. If you weren’t able to make it—don’t worry! We’re here to give you the full rundown on what turned out to be a fantastic and important Open Night.
First things first—our new premises. If you’ve been with us for a while, you’ll know that this upgrade has been a long time coming. It’s bigger, brighter, and equipped with some of the latest advancements in dental technology, all with the goal of providing the highest quality care to our patients. We were beyond excited to finally share it with all of you! Throughout the evening, our staff and dentists took groups through the different areas, explaining how things work and showcasing the new equipment that enables us to deliver the best possible dental care.
The tour started in the dental rooms, where patients receive treatment, allowing visitors to see the comfortable and modern spaces where they’ll be looked after. Then it was on to the sterilising room—because let’s be honest, everyone likes a behind-the-scenes peek at what keeps everything running smoothly. One of the highlights of the night was definitely our brand-new 3D printer, which had just finished printing a mould of someone’s teeth. We also took guests into the X-ray rooms before looping back to reception, where our state-of-the-art dental crown milling machine was on display. These technological advancements aren’t just for show—they allow us to provide more precise, efficient, and comfortable treatments for our patients.
And let’s not forget about the food! The amazing team at Mundell’s Café catered the event, treating us all to delicious refreshments—including what was hands-down the best cheesecake ever. We might be a little biased, but we’re pretty sure everyone who tried it would agree!
One of the best parts of the evening was the sense of community it brought. Neighbours ran into each other, friends caught up, and new connections were made. It was heartwarming to see so many familiar faces, as well as to introduce our dentists to everyone. We understand that for some, visiting the dentist can feel a little daunting, but we hope this night reassured people that we are here to help, to listen, and to provide the best care possible.
All in all, it was an incredibly successful event. Seeing so many people take an interest in what we do and how we care for our patients was truly rewarding. Beyond just showcasing our new space, it was an opportunity to strengthen trust and remind our community that their dental health is our top priority.
